AMEEX ("we") is a logistics and delivery company operating in Morocco. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use our services or contact us through our website, our applications, or our official messaging channels on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
- Data we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, phone number, delivery address, email. Order and delivery information related to your shipments. Messages you send to our customer service on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, including the public profile name and profile picture provided by these platforms.
- How we use the data
- To operate pickup, transport and delivery of shipments. To answer your requests and provide customer support on the channel you used to contact us. To send service notifications related to your orders, such as delivery status updates. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
- Sharing
- Personal data is accessible only to authorized AMEEX staff, under role-based permissions. We use service providers strictly to operate our services: cloud hosting of our applications and Cloudinary for storage of media files. We do not share personal data with any other third party, except when required by law.
- Retention and security
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
